Terms of service
Last updated: 1 January 2026. By using this website or engaging Sudur Tech, you agree to the terms below.
Website content
Content on this site is provided for general information. We aim to keep it accurate and current but make no guarantee of completeness, and it does not constitute a binding offer.
Engagements
Services are delivered under a written proposal or contract that defines scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and payment terms. Where a contract and these terms conflict, the contract prevails.
Client responsibilities
- Providing access to accounts, websites and brand assets needed to deliver the work
- Supplying approvals and content in a timely manner
- Ensuring your products and content are lawful
Fees and payment
Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and are payable within seven days. Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms by the client. Late payment may pause delivery.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you, including design source files and written content. We retain ownership of our internal frameworks, tools and know-how.
Reporting and results
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions and your own operations. We commit to the agreed scope of work and to transparent reporting, not to guaranteed rankings or revenue.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Retainers may be ended by either party with 30 days written notice. Work in progress up to the termination date remains payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, with courts in Kailali having jurisdiction.
