Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our services, process and pricing.
What does a digital marketing agency actually do for my business?
We make your business findable and convincing online, then convert that attention into enquiries. That means search visibility, a website that converts, advertising where it pays back, content that answers buying questions and reporting that shows what each channel produced.
How much does digital marketing cost in Nepal?
Costs depend entirely on the scope, quality, and quantity of work required, as well as your specific business goals and competition. We always provide custom written quotes after analyzing your project requirements, ensuring you only pay for what you actually need.
How quickly will we see results?
Paid advertising can produce enquiries within days of launch. SEO typically shows technical improvements in 4 to 6 weeks and meaningful traffic and ranking gains in months 3 to 5. We set expectations in writing before we start.
Do you require long contracts?
No. Our retainers run month to month with a 30-day notice period. We would rather earn renewal through results than lock you into a year we have to enforce.
Who owns the accounts, data and creative you produce?
You do. All advertising accounts, analytics properties, designs, content and source files belong to you, and we hand everything over on request.
Do you work with businesses outside Nepal?
Yes. We run campaigns for clients in Nepal, India, the Gulf and further afield, and we are comfortable working across time zones with asynchronous reporting.
How long does SEO take to work?
Expect technical wins in 4 to 6 weeks, early ranking movement in 2 to 3 months, and compounding growth from months 6 to 12. Anyone promising page one within weeks is using tactics that create risk.
Do you guarantee first page rankings?
No reputable agency can guarantee rankings, because Google controls them. What we guarantee is the agreed scope of work, white-hat methods and transparent reporting on progress.
What is the difference between SEO and local SEO?
SEO targets national or global rankings for your keywords. Local SEO targets the map pack and nearby searches, and depends heavily on your Google Business Profile, reviews and location pages. Most local businesses need both.
Do you write the content as well?
Yes. Our retainers include content strategy, briefs and writing in Nepali or English, along with internal linking and on-page optimisation.
What is a realistic ad budget to start with?
For most Nepali categories we recommend an ad budget matched to your competition and goals - large enough to generate statistically meaningful data to optimise. Below that, results become noisy and hard to improve reliably.
Who pays for the ad spend?
You do, directly to Google or Meta from your own account. Our management fee is separate, so you keep full visibility of where your advertising budget goes.
Google Ads or Facebook Ads - which is better?
It depends on demand. If people are actively searching for what you sell, Google Search usually wins. If you need to create awareness or sell visually appealing products, Meta performs better. Most clients end up running both with different roles.
Can we update the website ourselves after launch?
Yes. Every page is built from editable sections, and we train your team on the content manager before handover. You can change text, images, sections and SEO fields without a developer.
How long does a website take to build?
A business site is typically 3 to 5 weeks. Larger builds with e-commerce, multiple languages or custom integrations take 6 to 12 weeks, depending mostly on how quickly content and approvals come together.
Do you provide hosting and maintenance?
We can host and maintain the site for you, including backups, uptime monitoring, security updates and small content changes, under a monthly care plan.
