Case study
Custom Web Platform & Result Publishing System for Veda Academy
Built a modern digital portal and bespoke Content Management System (CMS) for Veda Academy in Kailali, featuring a dedicated online result publishing engine. The platform simplified academic management, automated exam score delivery, and reduced campus administrative overhead.
The challenge
Manual result publishing and fragmented academic communications
Veda Academy in Kailali was managing student communications, admissions, and exam results manually or through fragmented third-party notices. During examination seasons, thousands of parents and students overwhelmed administrative staff for report cards and grade updates, creating unnecessary operational bottlenecks.
What we did
- Designed and engineered a custom web platform tailored to the academy's branding and academic workflow
- Built a lightweight, secure Custom CMS for easy publishing of news, notices, events, and gallery updates
- Developed a dedicated Result Publishing Engine enabling admins to upload exam data via bulk spreadsheets and instantly publish searchable report cards
- Implemented secure student lookup using Roll Number and Date of Birth to maintain privacy
- Optimized the platform for low-bandwidth mobile connections across Far-Western Nepal
The outcome
During the first term examination, over 95% of parents accessed results digitally within 24 hours of release. The portal cut front-desk inquiries by 85% and significantly reduced physical print costs for routine report cards.
